TOKYO -(Dow Jones)- Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg submitted shelf registrations at Japan's Ministry of Finance very last week to problem samurai and uridashi bonds about the up coming two years, documents filed at the ministry showed Monday. Samurai are yen-denominated bonds issued in Japan by foreign borrowers. Uridashi are bonds issued offshore in foreign currency and sold to Japanese retail investors. Four other Japanese firms also registered to problem domestic company bonds.
