It is centered on the characters appearing in Marvel Comics and is the fifth installment of the X-Guys movie series and prequel to X-Males. X-Guys: First Class is scheduled for release on June 3, 2011. The movie is set in 1962 and will target on the connection amongst Professor X and Magneto and the origin of their groups, the X-Guys and the Brotherhood of Mutants. The film stars James McAvoy as Professor X and Michael Fassbender as Magneto. Other cast members consist of Kevin Bacon, January Jones, Rose Byrne, Jennifer Lawrence, Zoe Kravitz, and Lucas Till.
