One particular day, one of So-yeon's customers dies on the elevator, leaving her cat Bi-dan behind. The mystery of who killed the female on the elevator is unidentified, and the cat is the only witness. As the police get started their investigation, they ask So-yeon to just take care of Bi-dan. But some thing peculiar transpires to So-yeon from the day she brings Bi-dan home. So-yeon commences getting nightmares in which she sees a small lady who retains coming back to haunt her desires.
