Oscar Pistorius, the double-amputee South African runner, has won a silver medal at the planet championships despite staying excluded from the beginning line-up in the 4x400m relay closing.
One particular day right after aiding South Africa qualify for the ultimate, Pistorius was left out of Friday's race and could only view his team-mates finish second to the United States.
"Have not Been included in the Final for the SA Mens 4x400m. Pretty Guttered," Pistorius wrote in a Twitter message on the early morning of the final.
